How About A Little Time In The Poetry Corner....

I've been writing ever since I was a young boy, starting with short stories even getting into longer books. Writing is a part of me that I believe I've inherited from my grandmother Adrain Wilkerson R.I.P. Writing lyrics is something I picked up on around the age of 13, 14 years old so needless to say it's always been away to express my feelings and awareness of things happening to and around me. The GREAT DEBATE!!!!! Love Of The Game.

So who is it.... The Greatest to ever lace em' up and hit the hardwood. Now most old school cats would argue and put names such as David Thompson,George Gervin, Dr. J, Russell, and even the symbol player logo for the NBA, the Great Jerry West. But this discussion is about the top top two. 1.Michael "AIR" Jordan V.S. 2.Kobe "Black Mamba" Bryant.....Most would say it's clear cut, no talks lol Jordan handz down!!! While I'm typing this I ask for forgiveness from the Basketball Gods but let's really journey into this disscussion. Don't be bias either way, but everybody loved Jordan and even if you didn't he earned and took your Respect. Does not Kobe do the same thing???? Killer wills they both possess, killer attitudes, and a killer shot.... Well who really has the better jump shot? Don't be so quick to answer... Jordan had a killer turnaround(after retirement first time) and a nice mid range game, well great mid range game. Kobe has the same deadly turnaround that the master actually taught the pupil at their all-star game together. Kobe has everyshot on the court and a wayyyy deadlier three point shot. Although Jordan's resume is outta this world Like Lil Wayne, his accomplishments are stats from Mars. 6 Championships, 6 Mvps, Dunk contest winner,Regular and All Star Mvp's and Defensive Player of the year honors. That's a short list, but Kobe is halfway there in some respects. 3 Rings, Mvp honors, All Star Mvp honors, Dunk Contest Winner as well plus the Great Jordan taught him how to bring something to his game that worked very well for Jordan and continues to work for Kobe... That sweet turnaround jumper. DAMN!!!! You tell me man but if you come come correct, I want stats I want facts and I wanna know when it's all said in done... Will Kobe with another Championship or two.... Who will be the Best To Ever Do It!!!!! NIKE!!! JORDAN OR KOBE?????
